We stand behind the gear.

Every piece of Boxing Direct gear is built to take a flogging. If something fails due to a manufacturing defect, we'll sort it. Our standard warranty is 90 days from the date of delivery on all gloves, bags, pads, protection and accessories.

What's covered

• Stitching that comes apart under normal training use
• Padding compression caused by manufacturing fault
• Hardware failure on bags, hooks, chains and straps
• Defects in materials or workmanship

What's not covered

• Wear and tear from heavy training (this is fight gear, it cops it)
• Damage from improper storage, moisture or extreme heat
• Cosmetic marks, scuffs or fading
• Misuse, modification or use outside of intended purpose

How to claim

Send us a quick email at hello@boxingdirect.com.au with your order number, a photo of the fault and a short description of how it happened. We'll come back inside two business days with the next steps.
