Shipping

Orders are shipped direct from the Punch Equipment® warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12pm AEST ship same day. After that, next business day.

  • Flat rate shipping: $9.95 Australia-wide on orders under $150
  • Free shipping on orders over $150 (excludes bulky items)
  • Free shipping zones apply to mainland metro areas — Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Darwin. Outside these zones, additional charges may apply
  • Sale, clearance and bundle items may be excluded from free shipping on a case-by-case basis

Once your order ships you'll get a tracking link by email. We deliver Australia-wide via Australia Post, Aramex and Direct Freight.

Bulky and heavy items

Filled boxing bags, free-standing bags and other oversized gear are excluded from free shipping. A flat $39 AUD freight surcharge applies Australia-wide and is added automatically at checkout — no quotes, no waiting.

  • We don't ship bulky items to PO boxes or parcel lockers
  • Super bulky items (over 30kg) can only be delivered to attended business addresses with staff onsite
  • Bulky items can't be shipped to New Zealand or internationally — contact us for a freight quote

New Zealand

We ship to New Zealand at a flat rate, calculated at checkout based on weight. Free shipping on NZ orders over $300 AUD (excludes bulky items — filled bags, free-standing bags and oversized gear can't be shipped to NZ).

Unviable orders. We reserve the right to decline and refund any order where freight cost is deemed unviable — typically where shipping exceeds 20% of the order value, or for bulky items to addresses we can't service. In that case you're welcome to arrange your own freight collection from our warehouse.

Returns

Change of mind? No worries. You've got 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund or exchange, provided the gear is unused, unworn and in original packaging.

  • Hygiene items (mouthguards, groin guards, hand wraps) can't be returned once opened
  • Return shipping is on you for change of mind
  • Faulty or incorrect items, we cover return freight and sort a replacement quick smart

How to return

Email hello@boxingdirect.com.au with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you a return authorisation and the address. Refunds land back on your original payment method inside 5 business days of us receiving the gear.
