These terms govern your use of boxingdirect.com.au and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to be bound by them.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order we'll refund you in full.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via the payment methods listed at the time of order. You warrant that you have authority to use the payment method you select.

4. Use of the site

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with its operation or to scrape, copy or reproduce content without permission.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including logos, product imagery, copy and design, is owned by or licensed to Boxing Direct. You may not reproduce it without written consent.

6. Liability

Boxing gear is used in a contact sport. You acknowledge that training and competing carries inherent risk and use of our gear is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of the state in which Boxing Direct is based.
