Orders placed before midday weekdays go out the same day, shipped direct from the Punch Equipment® warehouse in Australia. Most metro addresses see their gear inside three business days. Regional and remote takes a touch longer but moves on the same priority freight network the big retailers use.
We ship Australia-wide and we ship a lot, if you're a club or a coach kitting out a roster, drop us a line and we'll sort bulk pricing, club embroidery options and a freight quote. We'd rather build a long relationship with a fight gym than chase a one-off margin.

Every product on the site comes with a manufacturing-defect warranty. If stitching comes apart under normal training use, padding compresses through a manufacturing fault, or hardware fails on a bag, we sort it. Email us with your order number and a couple of photos, and we'll come back inside two business days with the next steps. No hoops, no hold music.
What that doesn't cover is a heavy bag bursting after three years of full-power kicks, a glove getting funky from being left wet in a kit bag, or cosmetic scuffs. That's not a defect, that's the job. Boxing gear cops it. Treat it well, air it out, store it dry, rotate pairs if you train daily, and it'll go the distance.
