Do I need hand wraps?

Yes. Always wrap your hands before you put gloves on, whether you're hitting bags, pads or sparring. Wraps protect your knuckles, wrists and the small bones in your hand.

Can I use bag gloves for sparring?

No. Bag gloves are firmer and lighter so they hit harder. Sparring gloves have more padding to protect your training partner. Use the right glove for the job.

How long should boxing gloves last?

With proper care, a quality pair of gloves lasts 1 to 3 years of regular training. Air them out after every session, never leave them in the bag, and wipe them down with disinfectant.

What's the difference between Thai pads and focus mitts?

Focus mitts are smaller, used for sharp punching combos and head movement drills. Thai pads are bigger and absorb heavier shots, including kicks and knees.

Same business day for orders placed before 12pm AEST, otherwise next business day. Orders are shipped direct from the Punch Equipment® warehouse in Australia and you'll get a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Can I return gear if it doesn't fit?

Yes, you've got 30 days for a refund or exchange on unused, unworn gear in original packaging. Hygiene items like mouthguards and wraps can't be returned once opened.
